Generally when you get into some organization, you first know people at a professional level and then at a personal level. In this case, it was the other way round. An opportunity to know about my close buddies at a professional level. I also got to make a few new friends. I was just on the verge of completing my MBA and my friends come up with this plan saying that I was the CMO.
Like in most organizations, the technical and management people are always at loggerheads – it’s the same with us as well. There are both good and bad sides to this – I am the only guy on the management side (read it in both happy and sad tones). As mentioned above, it was initially tough to come to a consensus whenever we had a discussion (we’ve literally quarrelled). As the vehicle started picking up pace, the noise has come down (I am typing this with a grin – all for good).
Whatever we do, we learn something out of it. KYS has given me that platform, be it from an entrepreneurship, management or marketing point of view. Not to forget interviewing (a lucrative opportunity to meet inspiring people). Hope our customers i.e. you readers have gained some gyaan/been inspired through the articles we’ve published till date.
On this note I would like to thank all our stars, the readers and of course the whole team without whom we wouldn’t have come this far. And yes, all these days we have been just warming up. Bigger and better things coming your way!
