Joey was shocked to see a long trail of digits on his telephone bill, until Chandler told him that it was not the bill amount but the telephone number he was looking at! That was one hilarious scene from F.R.I.E.N.D.S- a TV series that ran from the year 1994 to 2004, but is still one of the all-time comedy favorites still giving people their daily dose of laughter.

The well-known novelist- Anthony McCarten says that seriousness is dangerous. Comedy obliges us with empathy and forgiveness. In this highly mechanical routine that we follow today, laughter is that one thing that can keep your momentum up. Laughing keeps your stress away!

You must laugh for no reason!

You first fake the laughter and in no time, even before you realize it, you will be laughing for real. When you have a really good laugh, you don’t just feel good but you also change physiologically. So when you are stressed or have lost focus, just take a moment, laugh it out and you’ll be good to go.

We can’t always change the outcomes in life but we can change how we react to them. Stressing over a situation is pointless. Approaching anything positively minimizes stress and laughing is definitely the best way!
