Thursday Email – When An Inner Flame Ignites, It Can Illuminate The World!
Namaste!
This week has been super interesting, because the entire team is in Delhi to work together, and that always translates to a whole lot of fun learning, immersive circles, and rigorous field visits to our government schools in Khekra, Uttar Pradesh.
While taking our newly-launched Know Your Star books to these schools, we decided to design a 3-day program around them, to set the context strongly for students wishing to make the best use of these books.

We ran our pilot in Kasturba Kanya Vidyalay (Girls School) in Khekra with 200 girl students! The pilot was a great hit with students requesting us to come to school more often, and persuading their teachers and headmistress to invite us for more classes!

We will tell you more about our experience in this school in a blog post soon.
That said, we have already welcomed the Indian festive season with Dussehra and Diwali round the corner! It’s the gifting season and many of us are moving towards mindful and unique choice of gifts. How about gifting a world of possibilities to the children around you in the form of a set-of-5 kid-friendly, beautifully illustrated, bright and happy Know Your Star Series? 🙂

This Diwali, gift light to students with Know Your Star books and at the same time, bring light into the lives of female waste pickers who have stitched the khadi bag that the books come in!

We will also tell you the story of how and why we decided to pack our books in these bags soon! Do get in touch with us if you wish to know more about our books or need any information before deciding to gift them to your children, nephews, nieces, and students around you, 5th standard and above! We hope you enjoy gifting these books as much as we loved creating them! 🙂
With gratitude, smiles and cheers,
