Thursday Email – Time To Express Some Heartfelt Gratitude!

A couple of weeks back, we told you about our ‘Content With A Cause‘ initiative. Our first cause was to support Krishna Sir to build libraries for rural and underprivileged kids. At first, we were apprehensive about many things, wondering out loud whether this project will work, whether people will support the cause, whether we will be able to make justice to the cause. The answer to our worries was received moments after sending out Thursday emails!
Within 5 minutes of sending the email, Mrs. Aparna Kamath‘s notification of the purchase of 2 gift vouchers popped in our inbox with the following message –
“Books are my friends!! They take you to a wonderous world of fun,adventure,mystery magic and into the life of famous personalities. When I came to know Mr Krishna’s karma, I too wanted to share some seeds of kindness with him because I want every Child to experience this imaginary world. Books open your mind and helps you appreciate things in a different light. We need such free spirited minds for a better society and this is the reason for my contribution. It is a simple step which will ignite the minds of younger generation.”
Could we have asked for a better way for the universe to answer our heartfelt concerns? Here, we understood the value of time through the value of a moment. A moment is all it took to reinstate faith in all our hearts. Thank you, Aparna!
In other news, after the successful Inclusion Retreat in Sugadh, Ahmedabad, some of the participants got together to host an Inclusion Circle in Bangalore at the House of Friendship! There were such amazing vibes and love in that little circle, the details of which have been put together beautifully by Ashwin in his Monday Truclusions column this week.
