Thursday Email – Launching The Know Your Star Story Workbook Series For Students!!! :)

Namaste!

Some weeks ago, we promised to share about our under-wrap secret project. Well, the cat’s out of the bag now! We are so happy to announce that we will soon be launching the Know Your Star story workbook series for students. Yippee!!! 😀 [Jaideep went live on Facebook to announce it!]

Currently we have a set of 5 volumes ready to roll. Each book contains 10 kid-friendly stories of role models from different walks of life, showcasing 10 different professions, informational tidbits about each profession, followed by interesting challenges to give the student a peak into their lives. (Here’s a peek into the draft first print!)

This set of 5 books will not only widen the horizon of students to 50 different professions, but the role model stories are aimed to inculcate an I CAN mindset, an ability to be self-aware, and cultivate an unstoppable spirit. We believe anyone with these qualities is a role model and these stories have the power to inspire our youth to set on a path of becoming a role model themselves and inspire the community around them. 🙂

What sets our books apart is also the love that has gone into creating them! All the pages have beautiful illustrations that have been handmade by our hidden superstar volunteer artist – Sadhana Konnur! Her journey of illustrating has been a magical one in itself, and we will share that story with you soon! 🙂

To make sure these books also reach the rural and underprivileged students we work with, we are planning a crowdfunding campaign soon. We look forward to your support in making this book a reality to sow strong dreams in our bright youth. Let’s do this!!!
