Thursday Email – The Kind Of Learning That Makes Us Ask The Right Questions!

Thursday Email – The Kind Of Learning That Makes Us Ask The Right Questions!

Namaste!

We often find ourselves wondering what made us the way we are today! There are many contributing factors, some of which are not under our control. But there is something that we have been consciously and unconsciously doing from the moment we are born – Learning!
The popular narrative tells us that most of our learning happens from family, surroundings and school. But if you dive deeper, learning is happening every moment. How much of it we retain and how much we forget depends on the way we learn it! All of us have learned so much all these years, but have we stopped to ask ourselves a primary question – WHY DO WE LEARN?

We often tell students what to learn and how to learn, but do we explore the “Why” part of it? We believe it’s only when a student reflects on this question deeply, will they align their learning to their life-path! The stories in the Know Your Star books, are written in a way that gives students more questions than answers. It’s only when you ask the right questions, that you set off on a journey of seeking the answers, isn’t it? 🙂

What you see above are some of the role models featured in our book, our learnings from them, and the questions that came up for us while reading it! We cannot wait to hear the questions the students come up with when they read these stories! 🙂
