Today, when I look back, it gives me immense pride and satisfaction to talk about KYS, what we have done and achieved. It has been a wonderful journey. If I get back in time and think of what we planned to do and what we are today, I find it very unreal. Hard work and dedication towards KYS are the reasons for what it is today. The entire team has been wonderful!
Coming up with an idea, projecting where we would be in a year’s time – is pretty easy when dedication and hard work is what brings success. This is something that I have learnt from team KYS, from the interviews that we have taken, and the times where I was lucky to interview some.
Inspiration from the interviews is something that cannot be got otherwise. One of the many inspirational ones was from Dr. M V Kamath. His love towards his country and the selfless service, is something that is hard to find in the current generation. At the same time, interview with Dr. B M Hegde – his profound knowledge alarming us to the fact that the world education is going forward, putting an end to rational thinking is unimaginable. The nature, our lifestyle and the things that we should and shouldn’t do! Then there is Dr. Mohan Alva, a gem of inspiration for what he has achieved. His dreams, his love for the country, culture and sports; has filled me with enthusiasm and taught me to dream big and achieve it!
KYS, an unregistered, self proclaimed non-profit, where we put in our money and do the best we can. We are an honest bunch of guys, with a thought that we can help the current generation with an inspiration!
